Destiny explained through Informational Biophysics: free will is merely an illusion. The Cosmo Method as a path to personal Destiny Awareness and the achievement of Salutogesis.

Abstract
This article aims to provide a reliable scientific basis for explaining how life is driven by Destiny, understood as a guiding thread that consistently moves us along a path through which we can understand the meaning of our existence and the events that occur within it. This explanation also brings us to the awareness of the illusion of choice and therefore of the non-existence of free will, but nevertheless of its intrinsic function linked to Awareness.

Finally, we will see how the Cosmo Method can be useful for discovering our Destiny and therefore for bringing a more satisfying life within us, thus promoting Salutogenesis.
