The Cosmo Method and the gradual disappearance of psychosomatic illnesses

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to provide a possible psyche-somatic correlation of pathologies, seeing their genesis in inner conflict through a transpersonal vision in which body, mind, and soul-spirit are considered. Through this analysis and a transpersonal approach using the Cosmo Method and its energy-meditation techniques, a path is provided for addressing and resolving inner conflicts, promoting the possibility of the disappearance of all diseases.
